ADULT CHRISTIAN EDUCATIONat UCM
Adult Christian Education (ACE) serves as stage for UCM attendees to meet and study God’s Word in a caring, loving and supportive environment. Most of ACE classes are offered on Sunday mornings concurrent with each of the worship services. The knowledge earned from the ACE classes aims to link – theoretically and practically – Christian theology and education. ACE strives to contribute to the further our discipleship in Jesus Christ as we follow him in our whole lives.
Eat the Book! Sundays, 10:20 am - 11:50 am Currently running at UCM is a course offering for growing Christians: a Bible study series called Eat the Book. Eat the Book is a flexible cycle of month-long Bible courses that will help you read and understand the Bible for yourself, and apply this to your life at home and at work. It is conducted during the second worship period, from 10:20am to 11:50am, in the Fellowship Hall.
Every course in Eat the Book is taught by an experienced Bible teacher. Courses begin thef1st Sunday of the month and the class meets for four consecutive Sundays. You may choose to attend one course, two courses or all of them! Sign up at the Eat the Book reservation table on Sundays in the Fellowship Hall.
